Exchange , Returns & Refunds
  • We offer a 7 day Exchange . Should you wish to exchange a product you need to do so within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product . The product should be unused , in original condition , packaging with the tags intact . 
  • If you are not sure about the suitability of the products, please consult our experts before purchasing
  •  In the event of a damaged product or consignments that come short of the ordered products , please call / chat with our customer service immediately. Any claims on these will not be entertained if reported later than 24 Hours from the time of delivery.
  • For mutual convenience it is preferred that you take an  unboxing video of your consignment as this will be helpful In the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged . Kindly share the video with our customer support at once for a swift resolution.
  • The Product Returned should be in Original & UnOpened condition and must be sent along with original invoice, once approved for return.
  • We DO NOT offer Refunds on Orders
Cancellation of an Order 

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped, which will be ideally within 6hours from the time of the order  .If you wish to do so , you need to contact us immediately by calling  +91 90925 50808 , followed by an official email to kiarainchennai@gmail.com .  Orders once shipped cannot be Refunded 
Customs Duty & Taxes 
Orders that are shipped outside of India may be subject to customs duty , levies & Taxes as governed by the local law. Please note that  Kiara will not bear such charges .We assume that you are aware of any such additional duty / taxes as regulated by your local government.


Offers and Discounts:
At Kiara, we may come up with offers and promotions. These are time bound offers relating to a specific occasion or an annual event. These offers can be automated or coupon code driven. Please note the general terms with respect to discounts and offers. 
  • The discount code issued cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
  • The discount is only applicable on the product value and not on shipping charges
  • The discount code shall be entered during the checkout.
